Kenny in this story is kind of a jerk. Right from the get-go, he makes fun of Tub: "'He looks just like a beach ball with a hat on, doesn't he?'". He continues to make jokes about Tub's weight throughout the story. He also doesn't seem to know when he is taking things too far; he doesn't know when it is appropriate to be joking. For example, when he points the gun at Tub, he says he was just joking around. But if someone is pointing a gun at me, friend or not, I'm going to take that seriously. Also, he seems to feel the need to seem macho and cool all the time. He can't even tell his friends that he's shooting the man's dog to do him a favor; he has to make it seem malicious so he can keep up his act. But he does seem to be pretty trusting. He trusts that Tub won't shoot at him, and then he trusts that they will get him to the hospital before he freezes/bleeds to death.

I was thinking the same thing! Kenny was just as stupid for not telling the other people who also have guns about the dog as Tub was for shooting him. Nice picture, by the way!
